We are here to provide open access to care for those in need. The team works with each family to identify individual needs and develops a plan of care based on those needs.

UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE OF YOUR PHYSICIAN
Professional Hospice Care, Inc. Wants to help you. Hospice does not want to replace your physician. While in Hospice care, the primary physician may provide leadership within the team of caregivers. Our Medical Director - Dr. Beatriz Garza de Caldera also provides team input regarding palliative care. Our goal is to keep your physician as informed as he or she would like to be. We are the physician's eyes and ears when we are in the home making assessments. A team of professionals who are experienced in managing physical, social, emotional and spiritual pain will care for your loved one. A nurse is available for your loved ones emergency needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can rest easy in the knowledge that the team will expertly assess your patient's symptoms and dispatch assistance as required.
